About Us

Nspire Design is a Wellington based architectural design firm established by Darryl Lin in 2008. Since then, we have developed an impressive portfolio including new houses, renovations, beach houses, and commercial buildings.

We have established excellent relationships with our clients who are a mix of property owners, developers and investors. We have also developed good working relationships with consultants and builders whom we collaborate with on our projects. Documentation is always clear and precise and our knowledge base and understanding of Council planning and building codes assists in efficient processing of both resource and building consents. Our goal is to meet clients expectations on deadlines and avoid construction delay. Our design service is adaptable and we encourage clients to be involved throughout the design process to achieve the best outcome.

Our team is composed of architectural graduates and technical staff. Our office is located in Te Aro, on the corner of Abel Smith St and Wigan St.
